This website sets no cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to me.

IIIHosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process data in the United States. It is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so transfers rest on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

IVAnalytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data; visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

VEmail

If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when the conversation is finished unless the law requires me to keep them.

VIYour rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to data portability. Email hello@critias.ai. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
